Introduction to MS Word 2010
Description: 

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
Understand the basic concepts of work processing in Word for Windows •Open and edit a Word for Windows document
•Navigate through a multiple-page document
•Understand how to use the Word for Windows Help System
•Modify text in a document
•Change the appearance of a document by using character formatting (bold, italic, underline, font face, font color, font size)
•Change the appearance of a document by using paragraph formatting (indent, line spacing, bullets, alignment)
•Create a letter and one page flyer using the above techniques
•Proof a document for potential errors by using the spell checker and grammar checker
•Print a document

Prerequisites: 

Successful completion of "Introduction to the Internet" or equivalent experience.
